Experience

I have a bachelor's degree in math that I earned at Yale University, along with a doctorate from New York University's Courant Institute. I've been an assistant professor, and I'm now a visiting lecturer for Wellesley College. I have seven years of experience as an instructor at the college level and three years of experience as a tutor. I've taught calculus and multivariable calculus most often, and I've tutored primarily test preparation for the SAT and GRE subject tests along with high school math subjects. My tutoring approach works well with students of all levels of ability and from various backgrounds, and I prioritize helping students become intuitive and logical when learning new things as well is developing their problem-solving skills. Ultimately, I want my students to develop an appreciation for learning math. In my free time, I like to listen to music, run, and hike.
