I've completed professional training in teaching languages at Novosibirsk State Pedagogic University (Russia)and received course-by-course evaluation of my education by US Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. I hold Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a teaching major in Foreign Language Instruction and Master of Arts degree in Linguistics. Here in US I obtained Massachusetts Educator License in teaching Russian and ESL in 2011.

Experience

I have worked both with groups and individuals of various ages and levels. I had several years of face-to-face tutoring English to 3d grader, 5th and 8th graders. As a part of my student's teaching in College I completed all together almost a year worth classwork teaching English and German in public schools. Past year I tried myself as substitute ESL teacher and teaching assistant at Lynn Adult Education Center, Operation Bootstrap Inc. as well as volunteered tutoring ESL at Boston Chinese Center. Currently tutor adult learners of Russian on individual basis providing language instruction best suited their individual goals and needs. I am creative, enthusiastic and dedicated Russian speaking US licensed teacher with excellent communication skills,fun and outgoing personality. Genuinely enjoy teaching and educating about Russian Language and culture. I offer structured intensive lessons with relaxed and motivating atmosphere.I am skilled in building lessons for different age groups with various targets in learning the language. I build my lessons according to student's purpose of learning the language by covering all the aspects of the language in complex and concentrating on those the student wants to develop the most. I believe good organization of material and systematic approach is one of the most effective ways to learn language.
